Wendy Pond

Originally hailing from Chesterfield County, Virginia, Wendy and her husband Lindsey bought a home at Stingray Point in Deltaville in 2018, eventually making Deltaville their full-time home. Wendy enjoys spending time with family and friends – Hosting at “the rivah” is all the more special when she gets to spend time with her two sons and their wives along with their 5 grandchildren, who are one of the special joys of Wendy’s life. Wendy brings a wealth of knowledge with her as well as great people skills to the profession of real estate. She and Lindsey have remodeled homes, she’s a hairstylist and also works as a private duty nurse, so she brings a lot to the table for her clients when helping to find just the right property for them. She loves working with people, has a great eye for design and her experience makes her an easy choice in assisting with buying or selling!
