Irvin Shackleford

Irvin has been serving the Middle Peninsula and surrounding areas since 1984. He specializes in residential real estate sales, waterfront, farms and acreage properties.

A native to the Middle Peninsula, Irvin has been a lifelong resident in this area other than his time served in the military. Having grown up here, knowing the area exceptionally well enables him to find the exact properties his clients are looking for.

Between being so familiar with the area and having several years’ experience in the construction business, Irvin brings a lot of knowledge to the real estate industry in helping someone purchase a new home or build their own dream home. He listens carefully to his clients’ needs to help guide them and help them reach their expectations.

Irvin along with his wife Barbara share 3 children and five grandchildren. One of his favorite pastimes, when he can squeeze it in, is playing golf where he is a member of the Piankatank River Golf Club.
